    We using uncertified boxes the trick is to press the L button at the front + scroll on the TouchPad

    You dont have a certified android.. so netflix or youtube or all applications works bad and navigation is too hard..

    I use 2 finger to scroll horizontal and press and hold left click button and scroll vertically on Netflix. My box is tx6

    On my custom ROM there is a TV version of Netflix working on non Netflix certified and widevine Level 3 Devices, the APK may work if your using android TV firmware
