I am planning to buy the iPhone 11 pro. But there are 3 different models are sold in my countries such as USA, Korean, and hong kong with 2 sims? The price range is also different because of the models. So please help me to understand the difference? Is one better than the others?

They have different basebands for different networks available in various countries. You can use http://www.willmyphonework.net to see what models are compatible with the basebands in your area.

Buy a phone made for your country!
Problem solved 👍
If you buy it from a different country, imported etc… you don’t have warranty anymore!
In case will be faulty, Apple won’t repair it in your country, you have to send it to an Apple repair center in the country of origin 😄
