Unregistered network error in Samsung Galaxy Note 5

    Hello, i have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with model number n90p (sprint). After I flashed the latest rom, I cannot see that the phone can detect the sim card of the carrier but it cannot make calls, its always showing unregistered network. I tried a bunch of roms and even tried the stock firmware but its not working, it used to work until i flashed the new rom, any suggestions thanks.
