So my iPhone XS sometimes when I go to make a call and press send the message I get back is call failed, in order to get the call to go thro

    So my iPhone XS sometimes when I go to make a call and press send the message I get back is call failed, in order to get the call to go through I have to shut it down and re start it. Is this a software issue that has not been addressed?

    You probably have shitty reception, I have to go outside to make a call , sometimes it helps if you turn your WiFi off
