So I’ve got a question. I bought that Samsung Galaxy S20 5g, that i bought from Amazon. A few day before it arrived i realized that I bought a refurbished phone. The phone looks great, no scratches or anything, beautiful screen, great camera. My problem is battery life. Even with medium power save mode, standard display settings and smoothness

settings, i can’t get 24 hours or of this phone! I get that the ai has to figure out my usage, but that’s insane. Anyone else had problems with this phone? I have 90 days to send it back to Amazon, should I chalk it up to a bad battery?

How much screen on time are you getting?

I think that’s about normal. It doesn’t have a very big battery and Samsung isn’t exactly known for good battery life.

I bought a new S G7 first few months I could get three days using it but then overtime it got down to just four hours I did not have all day use out of it so Samsung sucks with batteries

On another note, if the battery is just that small, anyone have recommendations on a good power pack? I think i saw a Facebook ad for one that charges wireless

You could return it and get the s20 fe or wait for s21 In about a month.

Wait your complaint is it only lasts 24hrs? Give it a few days with adaptive power saving on
