    So I awoke this morning to an update for my Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus. It was Android 11. I was so excited. I ran the update at 6:30am and long story short, Verizon is sending out a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra for delivery tomorrow. The update froze my phone and nothing worked. The same exact thing happened to a person I work with.

    My lg g7 is still on 9. I don’t think it will update to 10 or 11. What is the difference with plus and ultra?

    Did you have to pay for your replacement since you’re going from a + to and ultra?
