My iPhone 11 dies fast my battery health is still at %100 does anyone know if maybe the iOS updates are causing it ?

Cause the bettery is only 3110 mAh

I’m getting this much screen time and not even running the battery down to 15 percent. Check your power saving adjustments, screen brightness. I use dark mode because it’s better on my eyes.
