my 11 pro max is a little bit yellower when compared side by side to an xs max.

    my 11 pro max is a little bit yellower when compared side by side to an xs max. just wondering if there is a way the apple service centre can check if the screen is too yellow?

    I have noticed that as well. Would be interested to know if there’s a way to make it a bit whiter.

    Also seen on reddit people had the same problem they just changed the colours of the screen and that fixed it

    u can turn off true tone, as true tone tend to make ur screen looks warmer, so u will feel that the screen is a bit yellowish

    True tone is not the issue here, even if its turned off. It’s just the 11PM is yellower than the xsmax. That’s my issue also before but I tried to compare my unit to other display unit in Powermac and apple retailers and it’s just the same. There is no problem with your unit. They just made the 11PM yellower than the xsmax. Some says because of OLED.

    Go to Settings
    -> Accessibility
    -> Display & Text size
    -> Color Filters ON
    -> choose Color tint
    -> Play with intensity (better to set to “0”)
    -> Play with Hue (better to set to 40-50% or just near center)
