Let’s see if ups can do their job this time .. I got an 11 pro max from T-Mobile and never received it , had to do an investigation to find out what happened to my phone.. I got a refund and ordered another phone ..

I remember working CS for Apple and the investigations were a PITA that took 3-5 days sometimes longer!

It was painless, it was hard to get an actual person on the phone with ups , they kept telling me it was on its way never seen any updates when I seen my package was in Dover ,what happened from Dover to my place ?? I think the ups guy stole it

I ordered a 11 pro max from Optus waited a month and found out they never even send it. I had to order it about 4 more times then go into the store to order it
