You can find a replacement lcd (not oled) in Aliexpress if you are in budget.

It’s a good deal if you don’t plan on getting the screen repaired or you repair it yourself. You pay at least $100 to fix the screen at a shop then it’s very close to what you can pay for one in good condition on swappa with a good screen. 🤷🏻‍♂️
