Xiaomi Mi Box S, have had mine about 3 weeks. Have it hard wired with a cat 7 ethernet cable. Added an HDMI/USB Ethernet hub. Added 64 GB flash drive for more storage, and a Air Mouse for Android tv Box, Gimibox MX3 Pro with Wireless Keyboard. I’m golden.

Mi Box S is an excellent cheaper box to get. Full Android TV OS with over the air firmware updates, no stock bloatware, and the best WiFi capabilities I’ve tested in any TV box including my 2017 Shield. If you want something that looks and feels like a Shield on a budget I highly recommend the Mi Box S.
