I have an XBMC M8 android tv box.. how do I update the software? Where can I get a link?

You need to buy an new box.

If you want a kodi that you can use you can use an app such as Mygica. Mygica has a media centre that will install on your box and is setup the same as kodi

Also I don`t think there is any android firmware that is higher than the 4.4 kit-kat for that box

Thanks everyone. I can’t get any movies to work on my box. I do have Kodi and I’ve downloaded cinema and such but it says it can’t parse the file. Live TV stream works great

Do you have filelinked installed on your box? Not sure if filelinked will work on your version of android. But if you can install it then search facebook for filelinked groups that has codes that you can access the programs. I also have APKtime on my box that has some popular apk`s with movies and such

there are apps that still works on 4.4. cartoon hd, mobdro movie hd, tvtap, swift streams, livenettv and megabox to name a few. it it says it can’t parse then try apk installer app
