I have a tanix tx6 4/32 . Purchased from Vontar store , china. I found 3 problems
1. Bluetooth not working
2. Max resolution in display settings is 1080
3. It has Alice ux lite version.
When i tried to update with latest firmware downloaded as .img from official site , it simply fails.

Then I opened the box and found that its board it CS_H6_tx28 v2.3 printed.
A sticker is there labeled as TX-6 A (819) .
I also noticed a a change in IC .
When I searched for tx6 board online it has RTL 8822 radio IC .
My board has a XR819 IC .
Now what is difference between these two???
Is it why bluetooth does not work?
The update file on official site says its for 8822. Where will i get update for xr819 type model?

Karan Deep I have a T95q among others. It’s a solid box. I’d go with A95x F right now over it though. But T95q smooth no issues, runs day and night. Great for ipTV. Doesn’t over heat and was upgraded to 9.0. You can get it 2-16,3/32,4/64 and it’s an s905x3 Chip.

Call the seller and demand a refund or replacement. I have T95Z plus Android box bought from Amazon.eu great box.
