I have Samsung Galaxy S10 5G with 8GB and it’s enough to me.
I know, it’s already possible to buy a phones with 12GB, but it’s just a number on the paper.
    Even 4GB is still OK.

Apps are put into ram , so the more ram you have the less cpu will work to open it unless you always close all apps after using (which is dumb) , so cpu maintains good health because of this in long run. So I will say 6 gb is enough, 8 gb is good.

For me 3GB is minimum. Btw RAM management should be good enough for day to day usage like What Samsung did with OneUI. Ram management is awesome in OneUI.
