Settings>Connections>Mobile Networks>Network mode.. make sure it has 5G selected and it should automatically switch when you are in a 5G covered area.

Its,automatic if u have 5g in your area

If your not in range you dony get 5g. But I do love the fact the US just reliable 4g is 5g 🤣

You just gotta be around 5G areas and it will I love round the 5G so mine is always on 5G
