Try an over the air antenna also. Depending on where you live that is always the best option for local channels.

They’d have to be available on the internet for starters.
And then depends what your area is & exactly how local you want. Like just your country or your specific city?
And then it depends how capable you are. If you just need to Install an add-on or subscribe to an app like Hypersonic or maybe you’d need to created your own thing.
