My work is painting and decorating, very dusty. I’m cleaning all speakers used soupy water and makeup brush.
Washing all phone in a sink. Not charging after that. Need to good drying.

Take to any hearing aid store. They have a pen like device that is a vacuum. They’ll more than likely do it fir nothing. I will take less than a minute.
