not sure it can, e done due to Microsoft requirement of equipment as it boots up it must Post power on self test unless you install on a external drive Nd change the boot log menu butthis would be next to impossible

Android is powerful OS it self, just change the launcher to windows UI, like Goh Yu Chen said above.

Yeah just have too boot it from “tiny10” usb. It will boot up. You can get it as an iso image
