    Well… its pretty easy now… Just delete all the useless apps which you can download on your New iPhone later… Only keep WhatsApp in it.. when you start your new iPhone near your Old iPhone.. it will Automatically ask you if you want to Sync your New iPhone from/with your old iPhone.. all the current settings data and everything will be transferred as it is..
