During the charging, I am facing the problem of electric leakage of lens metal edge and voice metal edge when I put these on my face.

I had iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro, they had the same issue.

This is really simple to understand. He has electric lens metal edge and voice metal edge leakage when he puts the phone to his face. Wait…what???

I took it to Apple store, he said it was safe because of static electricity. But I don’t think so.

While you’re charging the phone and you put it to your face, you’re feeling a small shock like static electricity when your face touches a metal part? If that’s what you mean, the Apple store dude it absolutely wrong if he said it’s OK. You need to talk to someone else over there and swap that phone for another. Is it brand new?
