Dumb question coming here, so please be kind,…..
I’ve been a videographer for 30+ years, I use adobe premiere Pro CC to edit videos, I keep seeing all this beautiful 4K footage online shot with iPhone 11‘s, and the iPhone commercials on TV “shot with the iPhone 11”
But when I download videos (iPhone 11Pro)and load them in premiere, they look like crap, almost like 240 P or 480 P quality, what am I doing wrong? I have my settings set to the highest quality, so I must be doing something wrong here

How are you putting them over on your pc? Via iCloud or USB connection?

Uploaded through USB port??
Connected to USB port??
Or should I have just said USB port??
Someone earlier in the thread referred to “downloading“
I thought I would facilitate the the answer in the terminology that a previous poster had used,
I don’t need juvenilistic insults, I just need an answer to the question, which no one seems to know
