    Take it back to the shop and get a replacement iPhone or get your money back. This appears to be a hardware issue and no amount of effort and processes will fix it. It needs repair. Take the iPhone back.

    Get it fixed , eventually there will be more lines and the whole screen could go blank , same thing happened to my last two
