Xiaomi is planning to introduce its own version of GPU Turbo on its mobile phones. Recently, an MIUI development staff has said that Android P based MIUI 10 update for Xiaomi Mi MIX 2s is in progress which is scheduled to be completed in September. Xiaomi will release the beta version first and will update the GPU driver after a month.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2s is a popular Xiaomi flagship mobile phone released in March this year. It is the first Chinese smartphone to carry a Snapdragon 845 processor and inherits the appearance of Xiaomi Mi Mix.

This Android P update and GPU driver update is expected to make the experience of this phone more powerful, optimization will be better. Although this GPU driver update may not be as big as Huawei‘s GPU Turbo technology, it should certainly improve the performance of Xiaomi mobile phones.
